The main aim of this article is to introduce the steps followed in designing effective teacher-appraisal forms be completed by students, and teacher-self-reflection teachers. After explaining reasons behind taking them, we will report on findings study have conducted following same procedures design forms. identified characteristics EAP lecturers according 196 students who participated study. for also provided their input about collected data suggest seem not differentiate between competencies required teaching learning general English EAP. considered communicative competence most essential asset lecturers.
